Purpose
HDR Easy converts SDR photos and videos to HDR10. Results depend on the user’s device, display, operating system, and viewing software.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to any content processed with HDR Easy. For commercial or critical use, you agree to verify output on the intended target device or workflow before relying on it.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business damages (including loss of revenue or data). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of the Netherlands.
3. Privacy Policy
Data Collection
We take your privacy seriously. HDR Easy does not collect or transfer any personal data to us or any third parties. All personal data remains securely stored on your device and is managed solely by the operating system.
Usage Data
The app may automatically collect limited, non-personal usage data, such as crash logs, device state, hardware model, operating system version, and anonymized application behavior. This data does not personally identify you and is used only to improve the app’s performance and reliability. Collection and storage of this data is handled by Apple’s systems under their own privacy policy.
Third-Party Services
The app does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.

Apple may collect basic usage and purchase data under their own Privacy Policy.
